As a Ctac Recruitment Specialist, you are the primary contact point for all recruitment candidates and the internal organization.
Your role
You play a very significant role in the growth, development and success of our organization by identifying and activating the right talent on the labor market. By cataloguing the relevant target groups and approaching the right profiles systematically, you will get this talent excited about switching to Ctac.
As a Ctac Recruitment Specialist, you are the primary contact point for all recruitment candidates and the internal organization. You recruit our internal workforce in close collaboration with our HR manager, people manager and marketing.
By proposing new ideas and innovations within your domain, you create excellent recruitment in a continually changing labor market and within a dynamic consulting/ICT organization.

Your profile
  • A university or college degree with a minimum of five years' experience as a recruiter/recruitment consultant, ideally within a consulting/ICT project/SAP organization;
  • A solid vision of searching, managing and activating talent pools and a proactive and structured approach to the relevant target groups;
  • Proven experience with strategic and tactical recruitment in combination with Employer Branding and labor market communication;
  • Experience with Linked-In Recruiter Seat;
  • Attention to and interest in the latest trends in the labor market and corporate recruitment;
  • Creativity, a people and service-oriented attitude, decisiveness, strategic thinker, strong team player who thinks in processes and structures;
  • Available for minimum of 32 hours per week.
